Passive Income

Multiple Streams of Passive Income: What They Are, and Why You Want Them

Money for nothing. Who hasn’t dreamed about that? Adding streams of passive income to your business is as close to money for nothing as it gets. With minimal effort, you can bring in hundreds, even thousands, of dollars every month.

What is passive income?

Basically, it’s money you earn without really doing anything. That sounds too good to be true, but it’s not a cyberspace, get-rich-quick scam. In fact, you’re already familiar with the concept of passive income in the form of real estate investment and silent partnerships. The only difference now is that the Internet has created new ways to earn passive income—many of which require very little upfront investment.

Why do I want it?

Passive income offers you the freedom and flexibility you don’t find in traditional jobs. If you’re running an affiliate program, for example, your site is up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your ability to earn isn’t inhibited by the traditional workweek. In fact, you could literally be making money while you’re sleeping.

Plus, it’s up to you how much—or how little—you want to do. There’s no office to go or commute to make. The little maintenance that streams of passive income require can be done from your home computer.

Lots of people would like to try their hands at entrepreneurship, but—and this is a big but—there’s risk involved with virtually any business venture. Not so with passive income. First, you are supplementing, not replacing, what you already do. Second, your overhead is low to non-existent. All you really have to put in is your time, and it doesn’t require much of that either.

How do I get it?

The foundation of many types of passive income is a simple website. As a business owner, you probably already have one, so you’re one step ahead of the game!

When a company wants to place an ad on TV, they have to pay for it. The same goes for ads on websites—and you could be the one they’re paying! Passive income through advertising commission is as simple as placing a banner or link on your website. The company you’re advertising will create the banner—all you do is post it. For about five minutes of your time and a few inches of site space, you’ve set up a steady stream of monthly income.

Affiliate programs, mentioned above, are another simple way to add passive income to what you already do. As an affiliate, you use your website to sell someone else’s products. For maximum return on minimal effort, select products related to your business or the content of your website.

Selling information products is another way to generate passive income. This one takes more effort, but it’s also personally, as well as financially, rewarding. Believe it or not, everyone’s an expert on something. Pick a subject you know and love, then write an ebook on it. If you offer information people need, they’ll be willing to pay for it. You can continue to earn income for years from the sale of a book that took you only hours to write.

So, how do you get started? There are tons of opportunities out there. Take a look at several, and jump right in! Remember, the goal is multiple streams of passive income – so you want to consider businesses that require little or no time and money to get going. Nothing could fit the bill better than affiliate marketing. Here’s just one affiliate venture worth taking a peek at: http://triumphcom.e3flix.com/user/homeNewUser2.php

No need to answer it now, put some thought to it, and we'll talk about it than.

Testimony Letter from Cindy
Hi Jennifer
I have been with the RRI program since the beginning of this year.
It has been an uplifting experience.
The greatest difference for me is after all these years in my business I have learned how to manage my time in order to have a life for myself.

The new tactics I have learned in dealing with my clients has been fantastic in speeding up the process when listing properties.

I would strongly recommend this program. I believe there isn't a person, no matter how well they are doing in their business or how long they have been in the business that could not benefit in some respect from this program.

I would also like to say that my coach Paul Gruber is terrific, easy to talk with, and extremely knowledgeable.

Cindy

HI Paul
I'm sorry I have to cancel our next call. We are extending our time off until the end of August due to sickness in Bob's family. Since we came back from New York we are running with his parents, his Dad still in the hospital. Things are not good. Sorry for any inconvenience. Let me know when our first meeting in August can be arranged.
Thanks so much
Regards
Cindy
Hi Paul
Well, where shall I begin? I'm not going to go into any detail regarding our lives this year. I am going to say this has been one of the worst years of our lives on a personal note. Things have not improved since our last call. Actually there are more added problems all to do with family. In spite of that we have had a tremendous year in real estate. As you can see we have not had a large number of listings but we have sold homes at considerably high prices which has given us a great income this year. Have we worked as hard as last year? Yes but only because of the unbelievable problems in our personal life. Every free minute we have has been spent on running, doing, fixing and dealing with family matters. We have listened to the taped and are ready to go whenever we get a break. We want you to know this has absolutely nothing to do with you. You have been terrific and we will try to get moving in the right direction as soon as we possibly can. I look forward to our call and I do hope you understand our situation. Paul if you could call the office number at 8:05 so the staff will be there to put you through to my office. Thanks Paul.
Regards
Cindy

13) August-22-06 11:00 a.m.
This is when their assistant started coming to the calls. Till now it was all Cindy’s time.
Needs to let go-- family
Have Cheryl on call (done)

14) Sept-7-06 9:00 a.m.
Needs to let go of family. Talked about how being a perfectionist is holding her family back.
Calling 2 a day Judy’s goal. Cindy recommitted to making calls.
Started the planning for the Movie Night

15) Sept-14-06 9:00 a.m.
Followed up with the Movie Night to make sure it’s going forward.
How is Dec/ movie date?
Raised goals again!

16) Sept-28-06 9:00 a.m.
Cindy’s goal, calling 2 contacts a day. The 2 a day is Cindy’s number
This is when it starts to get real exciting, Judy has committed to taking her business to the next level.
She has committed to renewal.
Jon is a buyer’s agent that just joined the team.
We talked about planning her 1st week vacation since she’s been in real estate.
Having her go on a price cutting blitz.

Self Development

Step 1 to Developing a Brighter Life

Individual Self-Development

“Is what your are reading getting you the knowledge you need to attract your dreams?”

Individual self-development will depend mostly on the contributions that you make to your environment, your relationships, and your-self, in that order.

You need to ask your –self, “What is the most important contribution I can make to these three areas? What self-development do I need? What knowledge and skill do I have to acquire to make the contribution I should be making? What strengths do I have put to work? What standards do I have to set for myself?”

Action: Develop a plan to obtain the knowledge and skill you require, in achieving the maximum contribution of your environment and the life you live.

To take it to the next level and over the top, find a Coach to hold you accountable.

Step 2 to Developing a Brighter Life

Develop Others

The individual that focuses on contribution also stimulates others to develop themselves. This is 360 degree leadership that John Maxwell talks about in his book, “The 360 Leader”
This individual will set standards which are not personal but grounded in the requirements of the task. At the same time, they are demands for excellence. For they are demands for high expectations, ambitious dreams, and for work of great impact.

Action:
Develop and implement a plan whereby every one that is close to you are encouraged to develop to their fullest potential.

Find a coach to help develop this plan, and hold you accountable to it.
